Giant fire eel

Always wanted a big fire eel and walked in to a shop yesterday to see this monster crammed into a 40 gallon tank. Apparently the shop has had him before and was retUrned several times. Have him in my 150 loach tank for now and will try to upgrade asap.

Now that thing is a beauty, I can't believe people would try to take him knowing he was too big. Let me guess, the store said he was free as long as you didn't bring him back? .
Also nice wooden carved angelfish on the left of the 2nd picture.

Haha had to pay a small amount but couldn't leave the poor guy in a tiny tank.

I'm going to assume you mean 1 inch thick lol. If he really is 10 inches thick then you gotta show it next to a tape measure
