i ordered a giant gourami but i do no thing it is one can someone show me a picture of what a standard giant gourami at 2-3'' looks like thank you

Doesn't look like a Giant Gourami to me.
Looks like a trichogaster fasciata (Banded Gourami).
Small Giant Gourami's typically have a pointy snout. I guess time will tell, but I don't think that little fella will grow past 4" (max size for Banded Gouramis).

easy mistake, ive seen urs sold as giant gourami but it is actually a "Colisa fasciata". The true giant gourami is "osphromenus" gourami.
