I have for sale a giant mexican musk turtle for sale. It currently has about a 3.5'' to 4'' carapace.

He eats very well on shrimp, smelt, krill, earthworms, and scallops.

The nice thing about these turtles is they don't really need land or a basking spot, just a place where they can get to the surface and breath periodictly. They can also be kept with larger fish.

I am asking $85 which is less than I paid for him.
Located in portage MI.

I won't attempt shipping due to it being way to cold here right now.

Not the actual turtle.

so is it kind of like a frt? you can just have him in a cichlid tank?

It is somewhat like an FRT in that it doesn't need land or a basking spot. They don't really swim around a lot though, they walk around and the bottom and climp up to to breath, but they can swim quite fast if need be.

You could keep it with cichlids if they aren't small enough to be eaten.

i wish i had the money i'd love to pick that little bugger up. i'll see what i can do with either tax returns or payday this week but its not looking promising, the power company seems to want to get paid again this month.

any change you could get a pick of your turtle?
