Giant New Zealand Eels

Hi all i have just got home from my holiday and have some photos to share of the giant eels at the Hokitikia national aquarium the eels are said to be between 80 and 135 years old and are all around about 1.5m-2m long.

Arnt those the same eels that tried to eat Jeremy Wade when he wore the mesh suit. There letting people feed and pat them lol nice thanks for sharing

Yea they are the same eels from river monsters but they rnt very agro i think the program made it look worse than they really are... put it this way my 2.5 year old daughter was touching them, that and they are so well feed.
