There's a whole list of things you could do with that!!!! I would either use it for guitar production, arowana/arapaima breeding, etc. Wish I had that kind of money to buy it.
If I brought it, I'd make it into a large scale vege garden for my own benefit. I'd then add fish tanks, lined up, with couches in the front and stuff. Also make a nice garden with Frangipannies and Cycads.
