giraffe catfish not eating

hi just got me a 5" giraffe catfish a week ago but i notice it still not eating much.
been trying to feed it sinking pellet and beef heart. the cat keep spitting the food out any idea what going on?

Try live black worms, if you san get them. I start all my cats on black worms.

I also use frozen blood worms for mine and also talipa Shrimp and massivore just took a little time before he ate it all

thank for the info guys well try some blood worm and market shrimp and i notice he is trying more and more to eat though
