i paid $40 for my first one, and $60 for my second. They are kind of pricey cause they are wild caught. but worth it if you ask me.

How big is he? There are different kinds of giraffe (subspecies) with notable different patterns, but I there isn't a whole lot of detail about the subspecies. I'm just curious if how big this kind can get, so I'm curious to start getting owners' measurements. By the way, your gonna love this guy. They have so much personality.

A. occidentalis grows to 3' max. 27" is more the top size from what ive seen. There are two color variations in this particular sp through my research. there are one or two other species that resemble this fish, but they are never imported and to someone who knows what they are looking for, you would be able to tell right off the bat.
