Girl or boy ?

have three fishes, can you please tell me if its a male or female, their around 4 inches

How do you tell the difference?

The vent is going to be larger than the anus on females, like in these pictures but in males the vent is smaller/the same size. The best way is to take the fish in your hand as if you were venting it and lightly squeeze around behind the vent and up to it. If it is a male a clear shot of liquid will shoot out, in females it will not.
