So I have a 150+ tank leaking and I want to build a plywood tank using its glass for the window. Glass are about 1.5in to 2in thick. Tank is 72"x30"x24". I want to make a 300+ gal maybe 7x3x3 or 8x3x3. Or maybe bigger if this can be done. I can reseal this tank but rather go bigger for bigger fish. I have all the time to build this cause I am in no rush. what the max I can build without risking it to collapse.

As long as you keep the height the same it is now you can go as long or wide as you want. Taller puts more pressure.

Been hearing good things about pond armor. Supposed to work better than liquid rubber. Glass will silicone better to pond armor too. Check out uarujoey on youtube he just did a large tank build using it and info on the product too.
