Glass clean????

I just get one tank from someone and he say the tank have 10 years old
when i bring it home,the tank have lot dirty on glass,i use bleach vinegar try to clean and they not gone.please help me how can i clean them~~

What is the "dirt"? Water scale? Dried algae? Salt?

algae scraper or a mag-float glass cleaner and some warm water should help.
