Ok, so I have decided to go with one of these two types of fish. The bucktooth gets up to 3" and the Headstanders get up to 4". I heard that they like to be in groups and on a website it says to keep about 12 bucktooths together, if that is really true then that would be out of the question. Which one do you guys recommend? Which is more active? More aggresive?

if you are talking about exodon paradoxus (for buck tooth tetras) they can get up to about 6" and are very picky and like scales just so you know

The fabled 6" Exodon.
Has anyone seen an Exo at 6"?? PICS. I would put a top length at a little over 4".

I have never kept glass headstanders so I can't comment, although I think the Exodon is a nicer looking fish. You need groups of four or more so that they don't scale each other. Singles and small groups act stressed and attack each other.
