Anyone else use glass jars as decor in their aquariums? I use them in both my setups, and my male blue acara, Maybe, seems to like his a lot.

I have an old, algae-covered glass jar in the back of my tank for the sunnies to hide in, and also a glass bottle with a big hole in it. Stuff like this looks pretty cool once it's been in the tank long enough to be covered in glass and bio-film.

Yup, 55 gal with 2 Male Blue Acaras and a handful of guppies, and then a 29 Gal with 1 male Blue Acara and 9 Tiger Barbs. All three of the Blue Acaras like to hide a lot because, when I had a female, she spawned with the Male and I had to tear apart the tank to get all the fry out because I didn't take them out right away. I ended up missing one, and he just stayed in the tank. XD The Blue Acara in the 29 gal is from the same spawn.
