I'm setting up my 210 it is 7' long and I know I'm running a beananimal, I Scrapped the little overflow and going with much bigger, semi coast to coast 72x5x5" overflow will that skim plenty with all 1.5" bulkheads and plumbing running around 2000 gph? Also I ordered 1/4" dark gray glass and they said it comes with a rounded edge usually.... but they can "seam" it I guess to make it flat I need that right?

Is the glass for the overflow or something else? I typically see acrylic for internal coast to coast, but you may be doing external with glass?

It's is internal reason for foot shorter is returns I didn't want to drill 4 more holes and all the rest that comes with it. I never heard a definite answer so finished it today turned out perfect and got the tank drilling completed

Looking good, should work a treat. Been doing lots of reading and YouTube watching on beananimal sumps with these overflows and am looking forward to building one when I get my big tank. They seem so much more enjoyable than canisters.
