Glass thickness for Ray Tank

Absolutely, but do use 5/8 thick glass for the bottom min and stand build is very important.

I used 1/2" on a 6'x6' plywood bottom tank.

I was planning on doing a double base for the bottom panel. Good to know that it wouldn't be money wasted. Lol

Even better. Thick bottom is important as it allows for a little bit of forgiveness from an imperfect stand

And always use rigid styrofoam not reg styrofoam
