On the inside? no.
On the outside? if it's not too bad, you could try waxing it with auto wax. if it's really bad, try a local Glass Doctor. They may be able to do something for you.

I was thinking about that stuff people use to fix scratches on the lens's of glasses... Im not sure what its called or if it even works
