thanks Ali, I did give them a call, spoke with Jamie (a woman) and she was very nice...I knew what I wanted, asked reasonable questions, and she's been very pleasant to talk to...she had to check on something for me and is calling now!

I purchased my 300 wide from them a couple of months ago and I am very happy with the tank, the communications, and the service that I received from them.
nice lowcell, yea thats the tank I'm planning on getting! you built your stand right...I gotta look at your post again... and when you go to one of their drop off points, does anyone help you, or should I def. bring friends?
I didn't meet them at a drop off point, they sent it to my local terminal. When I talked to them they told me that everyone there kind of helps each other out. The delivery guy is not obligated to help though. Keep in mind the 300 wide weighs 650+.
Do a search on google. You'll get some extremely dissatisfied customers who couldn't be forced to buy from them, and some who swear by them and defend them to the death.
