radio-active?

lol, one might expect glowing fish from Walmart or the 22 cent store, but Petsmart? :screwy:

Try posting over on Aquariacentral.com, someone had a similar post in the past but I forget what the end result ended up being. It had some interesting photos, too.

Was it actually glowing? Many of the shrimp I get have kind of a baby powder/eggshell blue "tint" to them. After a few days or so they seem to go clear. The Yamato shrimp consistently do this. All the new ones have the tint to them and after several days they are clear.

It probably is the shrimp.
I remember someone else posting about this, they were so excited that they found a new gene and they were going to breed it into a new sub-type of shrimp.

Then an invert person chimed in, and they said it was normal

I can't remember what it was from, but it was either because they were dead (guy saw it at night, couldn't tell if it was dead or not/on the way to being dead), or it just happens for a little while, then it stops.

The poster said within a few weeks, he never saw the glow again.

*** found the post. Pictures in it as well.
