glue type ?

I need to glue plexi to glass with a sump im building ... what can i use that will not harm my fish?

Weld-on. Probably #16 unless your cuts are perfect.

is Loctite Stick-N-Seal fish safe?
.. where would i find Weld-on locally ? ... dont want to wait on the shipping process with ebay .

gluing plexi strips to hold drip plate .... its a 35 gallon glass tank.

Weld-on. Probably #16, Aquarium manufacturers have used RTV108 in fresh and saltwater aquariums upto 20,000 gallons. or any silicone found at your local hardware store, just check the back for a aquarum/fish tank safe. but dont forget to sand your cut edges or it will bubble and probably leak

I had assumed you meant acrylic to acrylic. I have not done acrylic to glass. How about usual fish safe silicone since it only has to hold a drip plate.

usual fish safe silicone doesn't set completely .. it might hold it but I would rather know its secure so its not on my mind
