i'm going to move my live rock around soon and i want to glue the rock together i've tryed epoxy but it wont stick to anything wet and i can't get the rock dry

+1 to zip ties

I've never done that, but the people who did try zip ties do say it works. Soon I think Fleshy can help you with this, I think he did that with his live rock. It involved drilling holes in rocks.......I drill holes for fish to go through.

There is glue available specifically for working underwater. Forgot what it's called, but it's available. People use it to glue coral frags to bases, among other things.

You can try IC Gel, but it will be very expensive. Epoxy usually works, but neither will give a very strong bond, in my opinion. Some people drill holes in the rock and use acrylic rods to pin the rocks together. Unless you are doing a very complex shape, stacking is usually pretty stable, and is the best option.

Not one single rock has glue on them:

Thank you, I do the same.
