Goby ID help plz

I netted this little goby a few weeks ago and put him in my ten gallon south florida native livebearers tank does anyone know what he is? And will he grow big? Thanks!

been reading about this netting thing. So jealous of you guys down south wish I could catch cool fish like that. I live in upstate NY nothing but minnows up here.
