Well In a couple weeks my severum and steiney are moving from there 20-gallon growout tank into a 100 gallon!

So now I have a 20 gallon. Gobies are one of my favorite fish. They are interesting, predatory, and personable. I have 4 bumblebee gobiesalready, and love them. What other interesting species would you recommend?

there are a lot of species of gobies, some freshwater some brackish, some salt. there are quite a few large species too. try google, see whats about

try a pair of knight gobies. they are charming little BW gobies.

Would I be able to do FW? I havent had any experience with BW or SW yet. I suppose that I could go brack though... and the knights are nice :)
not many true FW gobies in the trade that I can think of... BB gobies require very mild BW. I think a pair of knights is the way to go, it really isn't that hard to have a BW tank. it's just like a FW tank, except with a few extra gadgets.

I wouldn't put anything in with the Bumble Bee's they will get picked on or starve, especially with a Knight Goby in the tank. Bumble Bee's stay really small and Knights get over 4 inches and would eat the BBs. They both do well in brackish, but it can be very, very light. My friend has a huge Knight in his 45 community. I might get it soon, because he is a bully. Just get a few more Bumble Bees, add some salt, and add some shrimp.

hey, I wasn't suggesting he keep them together, I was just saying that BB gobies are the closest gobies I know of the being FW. I know that knights get large and that they will eat the BBs.

Okay, I think I might just add a few more BB's, thanks. I like these guys and wouldnt want them getting eaten. I will try my hand at BW I suppose... BTW, and cool brackish fosh you recommend that would go well with my gobies?
