Now I have always thought my tanks where pretty clean, but was disappointed about a slight haze. Not bacteria bloom ammonia and nitrite always 0.

Any way this is just how the tank has always been pretty clear but just slight haze, well today I woke up and some how It was cleaner then I had ever saw.

Has something like this ever happend to you? Only thing I changed was putting a deflector on my sump. I noticed the sump was misting water all over the wall and was soaking the insulaiton I have wrapped around the sump.

sounds like it to me. maybe the mist was grabbing dust out of the air. it happens

Well after looking more into it, I had to move the sump ASAP. The misting which I can only guess has been going on for 4 months caused a lot of water damage to the wall. I will have to replace the wall, luckily it’s in the garage, and unluckily it’s the wall that has all my cabinets on it.
