God rid of my red devil

severums, uarus, silver dollars, earth eater.....thats all i can think of right now
 
I kept convicts, jack dempseys, a native blue gill, and a jaguar cichlid with my two oscars. Also at one point I did have a red devil in there as well but by the name of this thread I'm sure you don't care to know that. On the jaguar, this setup was a 180 gallon tank, I wouldn't recommend mixing these two in anything smaller. I've heard that a school of piraña will work as well.

i wouldnt recomend piranhas unless your prepared to loose the oscar, it might work for awhile but sooner of later he's going to get eaten
 
My 180 is dry right now pending a move that looks like its not happening now, so I gave up my oscars for nothing, but when I do get back to it and find another Oscar or two, I'd really like to get a school of retailed tinfoil barbs

My friend has the devil, I could get it back if I wanted, which I would. I just got the Oscar today and he's only about 3 inches and the devil is almost 4. Didn't wanna risk the Oscar getting killed :/ I might just get an albino oscar and call it quits lol
