goin to seal beach CA. kick it on the sand for the night and try for the sharks. Grunion run is at 10:40 so it should produce.

ill have a report and maybe pics monday.
 
if you don't bring a camera then I really don't care...JK :D

well im leavin at 10pm...looks like theres some exotics comin in close for the grunion. so should have a good report.
 
well i havnt had comp access since sunday...

anyways. we hit up Redondo Beach and didnt get anything except short bites, sand crabs, and a sanded reel for about 3hrs so we hit the PCH (pacific coast highway) and headed south landing in seal beach and hit it up till 8pm sunday night. my lil brother (12) caught the only shark:cry: ...and he didnt even want to fish for them:grinno: .....i set him up with a 20lb rig and half a squid about 20yrds past the breakers, about 30 mins after he pulled in a lil sand shark.(only 30"). i got a short halibut and a few hard hits and a nice run but they all came unbuttoned.
the guys areound us where getiing swarmed with small rays that looked like they hatched just the night before:D . all in all it was fun...alot of cuties in bakinis and got to see a guy we havnt fished (or seen) in about 7yrs...just by chance he was there too.
