You can cycle the new tank in a week using seachem stability, I don't have any experience with Nutri Sea Water and I'm a bit skeptical of the claim that it instantly cycles a fish tank.

No matter what you try to use for "instant cycling" - old water, new water, pee in a bottle - slow drip acclimate your fish any and every time they are moved to a new tank.

Im guessing you have lr, just tranfer it over, acclimate the fish, and throw them in. You will have little to no cycle that will have no affect on the fish, as the bacteria is in the rock.
