Going on vacation, what should I feed my juvenile CA cichlids?

I have several juvenile cichlids like dovii's, red devil's, flowerhorn's, and a manguense. They are all between 2-4 inches.
I am wondering what should I feed them? I will be gone for 10 days max, and I really don't know what to feed them? I was thinking of throwing in 20-30 guppies? I also saw some white sinking vacation wafer foods, but they don't look like food? Please help, thanks.

You could put in Ghost Shrimp. I find that my cichlid fry really like the ghost shrimp. They're also fast enough that they don't all get eaten in one day. Try to find somewhere that sells them as feeder food ~ I've found a place that sells 20 for a $1.

Don't use the white sinking food. Fish don't eat them, and they just make your water really gross.

Not Fry, juveniles* Sorry. But also fish can go along time with out needing to eat.
