Going on vacation

Im going on vacation for 4 days and I am leaving 2 pyramid 3 days feeder block for the fishes, (5 rosy, 1 convict). I'll hide the food block in 2 cave so my turtle cant find them and eat them. Plus im going to leave a cuttlebone which looks like the food block and my turtle hates it, so hopefully if she finds the food block she'll think its cuttlebone But anyway my question is will the food block spike the ammonia levels when they decompose slowly? and can those fishes fast for 4 days if my turtle eats the food block? or if u have any other advice on prepping my tank please state

Your fish will be fine without food for 4 days. That's better than leaving the disgusting food blocks in there eventually fouling your water.

okay i think i'll not leave any food block then, but feed them heavily for these couple of days. im going in 3 days. Btw the convict is only a juvi at about 2-2.5 inches

i only have one fish and the first month i had him i totally forgot he was there. in that time period, i think i fed him once. and that was when i first got him

Don't feed at all the tank will be fine. Also don't feed heavy either. Fish can go a long time without being fed.
