Going to a sump

So I have thinned out my stock in my 180 gallon to the point where there are only 2 fish left.

My tank isnt drilled and I want to go to a sump setup cause I want to potentially give up fresh water to go to salt.

1. Would it be cheaper to sell this tank and buy a tank with over flows

2. Drill my current tank and have overflows installed?

What do you guys think?

I can move the current inhabitants into other tanks that I have set up. All thats left is a small tigrinus and two clown loaches.

if u live in cali there is a place called aqua trdaers that have pumps http://www.aquatraders.com/Odyssea-WP1000-Water-Pump-p/72013.htm ( heres a link) but u can suction this to the bottom of ur tank and it will push the water up and over into the sump. I think that might be easier, idk if its easier for u to do it that way, or maybe if u post pics of ur tank then we might be able to help a lil more.
