Gold/copper firebell toad? 2/20/10

Just picked up this little guy yesterday. It has a golden coppery tone to it's colors that I hope it'll keep as it grow.


Not the best picture will try again to capture it's colors.

seems fairly normal
we have ones at work that range from lime green to jet black
they come in a lot of colors
 
looks cool, I have only seen the green ones before.
 
Dont forget there is both more then one species of firebelly toad (and most are avaible) and that all hibridize together no prob what so ever, so your new one could be another species or a hibrid:)

I'm hoping that petstores around here start carrying blue ones.

They just started carrying different colors beside greens.

Thanks, didn't know that. More research on these guys for me:headbang2.
 
I dont know anything about color morphs as they only sell green one's in area however your green one is sriking ,very vibrant .

My brother in law has some and they are outside yet not that vibrant . You gut load the crickets?

Gutload with crested gecko diet and fish food.
 
There is albinos too, have yet to see one:confused: They are rare still, but not for long
