i woke up this morning and one of my telescope goldfish had one eye WAY bigger than the other eye. is this what they call pop eye not sure and it's real hard to get a pic. if his eye pop's could it infect the other fish or am i just overeacting!

This appears to be pop eye. What are your water parameters? What do you usually feed your fish? What is the appearance of its poo? Is the abdomen abnormally large?
the amoo is fine and the ph is 7.0 the nitrateand natrate or goodas well i do water changes every 4 day's and it's been work good for me this "pop eye" just came from nowhere!
What do "fine" and "good" mean? Are ammonia and nitrite both zero? How about your nitrate? Your pH is not a problem. What test kit do you use? You have not answered half of my questions yet in post #2.
