Can these be mixed with a senegal,cory and dwarf gourami

i am sure they will be fine with the bichir and dwarf gourami, but i am not so sure about the cory

and the bichir will eat the cory and gourami if he gets big enough

Hes nice with them almost like hes friends with him.

no. the bichir will likely try to eat the snails, and the dwarf gourami will probably nip at the snail's tentacles.

even if they dont eat the snail they will harass is to the point of it staying in its shell and starve to death.

Perhaps not, but remember that snails and crabs make up most of the bichir's natural diet. They may not bother the snails now, but who knows when one will decide snails make tasty snacks!
Better not to risk it, IMO.
