gold nugget pleco

I bought a gold nugget pleco about a month ago, he stays hidden the majority of he time and when he comes out, he's on the driftwood. I feed zuchinni to the other albino bristlesnose plecos, but for some reason I never seen the GNP eat the zuchinni. Will he eventually eat the zuchinni or not?

Im pretty sure he's more of a meat eater. Try shrimp pellets or regular flake food. He'll also be a night eater , so watch carefuly

My plecos always seemed to enjoy green beans and lima beans. Never tried zucchini though.

My L18 Nugget pretty much will only eat blood worms. I drop pellets in at night but I don't know how eats them.

Try meaty foods as stated above. Drop them about 15 mins after light are off. Mine ate veggies too. Different for every fish though...
