will the yellow strips grow thicker when it get old?

mine does not hav thick yellow lines

nope, actually it will get smaller as the fish will grow and the spots stay the same or get even smaller, they will look much smaller.

No, they do differ fish to fish though obviously, you see same size fish with different amounts of yellow.
