I have a 75 gallon tank with a single guppie in it and a ten gallon with a polypterus senegalus thats going into the 75 soon, I would like to keep a green terror with him but I'm afraid that when the gold saum gets bigger he'll beat up on the senegalus. I plan on keeping the senegalus and gold saum/green terror with giant danios and rainbow fish to take any aggression the green terror might have. What do you guys think, will it work?

I've tried it before slot of times ive noticed cichlids let non agressive fish alone most of the time but when they do fish like a birchir don't have much to defend them selves with that's I woke up one morning and my Senegal was about on his death bed so I quarantined him about two days and he didn't pull through u could probly get away with it in a bigger tank but he might get slain I wouldn't try it from my experiences but u could with more peaceful cichlids ex. Severums/ geos or something

GTs aren't that aggressive from my experience. It should be fine with the Sen.

Thanks guys, I'm might get the target fish today and probly the green terror Friday. Once this tank is set up and stocked I'm going to post pics on here for the first time. Excitement!

I've got my GT in a 75 with a delhezi, they do fine together.

Well, i have an oscar with 2 sens and no problems whatsoever. You should be fine.

I just got back, I got 13 rainbow fish. I'm going to wait to get the green terror, they didnt have any good looking ones. Thanks for the help guys
