Is it common for a young green to have both gold and white seam like this? It is actually not white but more transparent. Will it turn yellow when older? Any thoughts?

Parents were probably a mix of gold and silver. I’d expect a dominant color as it ages but I have seen some that keep a bit of both colors as yours is showing now. Good chance this isn’t the final color and will shift to be more yellow

I agree with Spence Spence
My gold x silver crosses look like this.

Here is a male I’ve been growing out separate from his siblings

You can see he has both yellow and white in his fins. It has kinda changed back and forward as he’s grown.

Thank you for your answers. Can’t wait to see how she(?) turns out. Hopefully nice looking either way.
