Gold Saum size

I have a male Gold Saum for 1 year now. He is currently 8 inches or so and just transferred him to 130 gallon from a 50 gallon. Im just wondering how much mre he is goin to grow. My water is always good.

you never know, fish grow their entire life. I've never seen a gt over a foot though.

I've had mine since november 2008 he went from less than 2" to almost 7 and now his growth has slowed to a crawl. Any growth wil probably be slow. I wouldn't count on a growth spurt if he's already 8" depending on genetics he could be done growing

I had a male Orange Saum for over 8 years and it was just over 10"TL.

After awhile, they just tend to get thicker. Biggest I've seen is about a foot...

Mine has been 10,5" for a while now, and has completely stopped growing the last couple of months. I doubt it will grow any bigger

I need my guy to get thicker, i just did a tank transfer and he seems to not be eating now. Went from 50g to 130g.
