I was wondering if I could keep Tropical Gars and Stingrays with a Golden Cobra Snakehead? Also, can that specific specie of snakehead live in a bare bottom tank with out decorations, sand, etc? I have had a few snakehead in the past and they either are really active, or they sit in a corner of the tank for their whole life.
Absolutly not, tankmates in general dont work and they are subtropical as mentioned and would need much lower temps then the other stock and winter cooldowns.

No, Might get away with more open concept with school of channa pleurophthalma but i think in a completely bare would just stress them. channa pleurophthalma is also one of the few channa that might get along with your tropical monsters .
Alright thanks to both of you. I won't get it, I wouldn't want to kill or stress that fish, just noticed yesterday that my tropicals get really aggressive when there isn't food around to each other. I can't imagine what they would do to snakehead waving its tail back and forth in front of them.
