I would like to share with you guys my arowana.
I bought him about 5 months ago. It was 10 inches then. The certificate says it's a Cross-Back Golden from CV. Maju Aquarium.
Now it's about 12-13 inches. I noticed that the scales on its back is shining higher and higher. I'm so excited and can't wait to see its back crossing.
I will upload more pictures of him in one month.

Nice XB but I don't think it will cross judging from it's pearlies. Not saying that it won't but it might not. Just my opinion.
 
I have the video when I first got the arowana. Its scales were shining only to the 4.5 level.
I would love to show it to you guys but it would also show my location.

Of course, when it's smaller the shine would be lower. :) BUT It's hard to say without knowing how the parents look. Either way, it's a nice looking XB.
