Golden Dojo loach behavior

I just bought a Golden Dojo Loach and he seems to be quit the spirited one. Do they always swim around all the time? Mine likes to play in the power head he swims up to it and let it push him across the top of the tank then he swims back on the bottom and then up to the power head again lol is this normal or is mine "special"

It's normal lol. Most loach species are very active and love the current

ok good cus for a minute I thought I may have bought a broken one lol what is the growth rate of him he is currently 3- 3 1/2 inches

All i know is that all my loaches chase eachother up and down the glass over and over again lol... Its very amusing.

Do you know how big he should get and how long it takes to get there. He eats like it his last meal.

Well mins prolly bout 4 i.ches . Ive had hom for like 6 months n hes only grown a lil since i got him but from what ive read they can get like 6 to 7 inches... I think that was the same loach... Its hatd tho cause there are so many diff kinds
