Golden head arowana

Not sure if my arowana is dropsy or not.. Please help ! And how to cure this disease if it's really happen. :/

what dropsy ? looks OK to me ...
are you refering to eyes ? Drop eyes ?
can try cover your tank for 2-3 month and see how it develop ...

Yes the eye. Should i turn on the light while covering the tank? And how many hours per day should the light turn on?

The light should be on whenever it's light outside. As soon as you go to sleep, turn off your light. Lovely fish though
