Golden Jardini 6x2x2 tank?

Hello fellow fish keepers , after much thought about this I have decided to get a 6" Golden Jardini for my 6x2x2 tank , I would like to get some Info written in stone from other Jardini keepers about my tank size long term?
I am only planning on keeping 1 Jar in this tank long & nothing else , the big question is , Will I have to upgrade later??
or will the 6x2x2 be enough long term.

2.5' width is recommended to allow room for turning around. I'd say it is possible with a 2' width if he doesn't become too large over 2' in length.

+1 but that's is probably 5+ years from now assuming it's taken care of properly
