I no that killis arent that monstery but in some cases they can be. D uring the first two weeks of this month i was at my desk in my room doing homework. At the corner of my eye ithink i see my killie in my breeding net. i rush over to my tank, and i see what happened. My killie got spooked, jumped into my breeding net and ate my first guppy  .

aren't killifish TINY? They're pretty cool.. Some have beautiful colours. didn't know they could be predatory tho

killis can get rather large at 3-4" (yeah, I know...not compared to arowanas etc). I can see how they'd eat a guppy.

The fish sold as "golden wonder killi" is most likely Aplocheilus lineatus, which has a max size of four inches according to fishbase:

Aplocheilus lineatus

I had some, but my small bichirs ate them. :(

Lineatus love to munch gambusia.
