I have a 3ft tank; got 3 Ryukins, 2 lionheads, 1 baby redcap and another abt 2" long body(excluding the tail length)..
Running jebo 828 filter and a modified 3ft top filter w dolphin powerhead.

Today I noticed her (2"redcap) was pooping red segmented poop in the morning but was swimming pretty much okay.. I noticed she's been quite lethargic and another the calico ryukin was pooping stringy white poop.

Both are doing okay except now the redcap is starting to drop or stay low near the sand. I've isolated her in a hospital tank now and gave a dose of ocean free "super internal bacteria and ulcer away" med...what shocked me was upon releasing her in the hospital tank there were red spots of what seemed to be blood.. Help!!! She's been actively swimming till now but I'm scared for her. She's been w me for abt 3 months now and this is the first time I've encountered this :(

So far my main tank has been quite okay I think as my biggest ryukin abt 2.5 inches body height has been showing black scale marks(I've read this is healing from ammonia burns?) he's been w me for abt 3 weeks so far.. I don't have any water tester but I regulary keep my sand bed free of fish poop.. And regularly check their scales for any signs of disease..

What could be causing my redcap's bloody poop? Also is there a cure as melafix here in singapore is banned I hear and so far I have yet to find a reliable fish keeper shop that has medicinal contents listed in the packaging. I noticed all medicinal packages here doesn't list down what antibiotics are inside the container... Anyone gt a treatment or suggestion? Please advise..

So far I've had this tank since January so it's fairly new.. Dunno what else to add...
