Goldfish dying plz help fast

I woke up to see my black Moore goldfish breathing heavy and struggling to swim now he starts to go belly up but the spazzes out all other tank mates are fine what do I do

size of tank?
filtration?
tank mates?
cleaning schedule?

have run a water test yet?

Is the belly distended? Are the scales pineconing?

I would try water changes and check your water conditions. PH, water hardness, etc. Good luck!

Also, did you try isolating him and adding salt?

He is doing much better thanks to everyone who was helping me and hoping for him. I took all ur advice except for messesb52's (cause that was unnecessary) and he is swimming with his family once again
