Goldfish got stuck on intake

My fat ranchu got stuck on my new ac110 when the prefilter fell off😢. I have him in a 20 bare with a mature sponge filter. Added salt. Any hope for recovery? Had him a few years. Any suggestions? No open wounds but he's bent bad.
