I just helped my grandpa put a waterfall on his 650 gallon pond.
It has a 2000 gph pump running to a waterfall. How long would it take for some feeder goldfish to grow to a decent size?

With a good pellet and some natural foods (worms, ants etc.), 2-4" per year of growth while they are young is not out of the question. They will slow down a little after the reach 4-5 years and only put on an inch or so of length. Girth will increase w/age. Living in FLA will help them grow faster than northern climates. I have a limited growing season in Chicago, but the youngest fish still get a good 2-3 inches per yr.
