Goldfish

Hello,

My native tank didn't work. Didn't have enough sunnies and ended up with one. I'm going to try once more, but if not I'm thinking of doing some goldfish.
I definitely want a ryukin, ranchu, and an oranda. What else could I stock?
I'm running an emporor 400 and could also add a penguin 350

She just has the basics: Black Moors, Oranda, Ranchu, Ryukin.

As long as you have sufficient filtration a 75 could hold a lot.

How much is a lot? Im thinking 5 would be a pretty good number?

I think 5 is a reasonable number, I over winter 5 in a 75 gal each year, because they are between 5"-7" they basically max it out. They are in a 500 gal pond April thru Oct.

Pearscale orandas and telescopes have always been a fave of mine. pearscales look like floating golf balls.

I dont think goldfish are basic, I havea 125 with 8 fancies in it, I love all my others, but for some reason they are the more peaceful to look at
