Goldsaum with Geos

I've done it, they were suriname type geos from a lfs, didn't know the geo type beyond that at the time, also a few other fish that I don't specifically remember now-- this was years ago. For me it worked, it was a mellow GT. Might not work for everyone, would depend on tank and individual GT.
I think 9 times out of ten you would be asking for trouble unless you have a very large tank.
Geos from the altifrons group would fair better than any of the satanoperca type's.
A lot of the amazonian geos would prefer warmer softer water than the Gt's hailing from Northern Peru and western Ecuador.
Its far from the ideal combo.
