Goliath ATF

I've been offered to buy a Goliath Tiger about 6-7" and he/she hasn't got any striping at all.
Can i be sure it's a goliath?
How fastgrowing will he be?
Is it possible to get him of feeders?
Do i have to keep him alone or are there any plausible tankmates?

Other species of African Tiger Fish's may not develope stripping. This is not really a good way to identify a True Goliath. Alot of times it depends on mood & lighting.

What I go by to distinguish is the snout. Do a search on the forum under Goliath ATF and you'll see all the differen't discussion about them. Just keep in mind that 99% of all Tiger Fish that comes in are all labeled Goliath.

From what I could se the Mouth/nose seemed to be longer than the vittatus at the same LFS and the tailfin looked a lot bigger in comparison to the fish. but hopefully I'll be able to get a picture of it to post tomorrow.

......so did you buy the ATF? were in sweden is this LFS?
