I had no idea where to put this thread but these two fish look like dinos anyway. Can someone tell me about how big they get, is it easy converting them to frozen food, do they mix well woth pbass, red-tails, oscars, florida gars ,and arowanas. Any ideas...

they look like dino??? LOLs. anyways, you'll need a massive tank/pond to house those beasts. The tiger fish can grow to about 3 feet in the wild and the payara assuming the armateus can grow to more than 2 feet!! you'll need at least a 1000 gal for the GTF and a 250 gal for the armateus. and yes You can put those fish with the other fish if they are well fed and with a huge tank. BUT, there are multiple reports of them wiping out all their tankmates. Be at ur own risk and don't put too many expensive fish in.
Good luck

Also you can train them in frozen foods but it takes patience. you'll have to starve them for a few weeks or less. Patience.
If you can't get any of them, get some Bichirs instead. They are legit Dino looking fish!

last thing, Go on Youtube and search "river monsters" golieth TF and payara to see how big they get!

Payaras (Armatus I'm assuming?) usually max out in the aquariums at around 24" or so. Not many people have kept one beyond that size. GATF on the other hand are much bigger...

I would suggest vittatus over Goliath ATF though. Unless you've got a huge tank, plenty of money, and plenty of time.

I'm pretty sure I covered everything! LOLs
